Sources of satellite data 

At global scale:

               ISCCP D1, 3 hourly at 2.5 degree resolution 

At continental scale:

               ISCCP DX, 3 hourly at 0.5 degree resolution

 At regional scale:  

•  New Hemphshire ESIP*
•   INPE/CPTEC

     * The time scale for this data set varies between 1/2 hourly to 3 hourly, depending on the season.
