Action Day?: No
Forecast Discussion:
A very pleasant July 4th with temperatures slightly below normal and low humidity. Brisk northwest winds
and low pollutant concentrations upwind, along with low holiday emissions and no rush hour to speak of, will
keep air quality in the good range. The only exception will be locally high PM concentrations near fireworks displays.
Extended Forecast:
On Sunday, rain is expected to pass just south of the forecast area but cloud cover associated with it will keep
ozone in the good range. PM concentrations will rise as winds decrease but will also remain in the good range.
Mostly clear on Monday with moderate air quality expected.
