 In your e-mail, please include the following information:
    - Your name, e-mail address and/or contact information
   - Organization, agency, etc. requesting data
   - Time period of interest (e.g. daily, monthly, annually, etc.)
   - Location (e.g. city name, region, county, etc.)
   - Purpose of data
   - Type of data (e.g. precipitation, temperature, etc.)
