DESCRIPTION: The general character of the atmosphere and its weather and climate
systems, phenomena, and distributions of variables (winds, temperature, pressure,
moisture). The formal framework of the science; the application of basic classical
physics, chemistry, mathematics, and computational sciences to the atmosphere.
